Install went well. I now have the entire powertrain out of my Avalanche (288,000 miles) so I have yet to drive- test the sway bar bushings. I still wish the grease fittings were on the side of the "U"- bracket and not sticking down where they are vulnerable.

The truck now stays more flat while cornering and seems to have less body roll. Mind you the existing rubber bushings were at 100k miles and were pretty well Loose due their decomposition in driving use, so the replacement made a pretty big difference in how the truck handles. Thanks!
5 out of 5 - Definitely tightened up the suspension response.
Gene Lamoreaux - . Energy Suspension 3.5215
Truck was leaning corners and rocking all over 2002 Chevy Avalanche. I replaced it with these and the fronts at the same time and then tested holy like a different truck. I gotta get the control arm bushings later on now and do all my suspension. I would recommend their products to anyone in a flash.
5 out of 5 - Excellent add on for your truck. Makes it ride better than new!

These fit my 2007 Avalanche and work great. The squeaks are gone and the ride is nice and firm.

Noticible decrease in body roll. Installed the rear and then installed the front a few days later. Install time for the rear was approx 45 minutes. No jack needed. I used a small propane torch to loosen the old bushings from the factory links then used a vise to press in the new ones after I placed a thin film of grease on them. Very quick and simple. Money well spent. Highly recommend doing the front and rear. Without knowing about the modifications, one of my friends who has the same model Tahoe commented that mine felt safer and much more stable than hers. I also adjusted the torsion bars to factory height and installed Edelbrock front shocks to reduce the nose diving under hard braking. Very pleased with the performance of the truck. Ride quality is still smooth.
5 out of 5 - Very pleased

I am very impressed with this kit. I was a bit concerned that the urethane might have been too stiff or hard, but this does actually have some compliance and a little bit of compressability to it. But it is much firmer than the original rubber bushings. I am very pleased with this product. I did have a little bit of difficulty pressing the bushings into my new end links though. The air between the bushings compressed so much that it would push the bushing back out half way. If there was a small vent hole in the exact center of the spacer, or a shallow slot that would vent the air, the installation would go a bit easier. Otherwise, I am extremely pleased with this product.
5 out of 5 - Great Product
Doug Schornstein - . Energy Suspension 3.5215
Great upgrade, a bit of time to remove the old pressed in bushing but worth the results. Nice quality, looks like it will last a long time if you grease it once in a while.
5 out of 5 - great part

Got this for a 2003 Chevy Tahoe Z71 model. There is a big difference before and after. Easy to install, did it in the driveway without jacks. You do not need to jack the car up to do this. Car handles better. It does not handle like a race car but it is an improvement over the OEM bushings. And with the grease fittings you will probably never have to change them as long as you own the car. Recommend the red bushings for Aesthetic purposes. I would buy these again

chris Drover - . Energy Suspension 3.5215
This product really help tighten up the cornering feel for going around corners in my Chevy Avalanche. I also installed the front sway bar bushings at the same time. Handling is now better than new. The only troubling thing is it did not include any instructions with torque settings. Plus it was really hard to install the non sway bar bushings.

Makes a big difference in handling. You really notice it when using the on and off ramps on the freeway. Reduced body roll significantly. Just a tip on the install: You will need to press out the old bushing with a press or vice. The new bushing need to be lubed for easier install. Install poly bushing first, then install lubed metal bushing second. The fit is so snug if you try to install all three pieces at the same time air can not escape and the bushing will push apart from the hydraulic effect.
5 out of 5 - Well made, great fit
