How to install Body Mounts (Image)

Rubber mounts are soft and they often crack, distort, or crush - to the point of even falling off all together! Aluminum body mounts are not designed for the daily driver and are too harsh for street use. Aluminum body mounts may even break and causing parts to break!

Energy Suspensions specia HYPER-FLEX™ polyurethane cab and body mounts combine the best qualities of soft rubber body mounts and harsh aluminum body mounts: they are soft enough for a daily driver and a smooth ride, yet rugged enough to rival the durability of aluminum bushings.

Most body mount bushings have suspension quality steel rings molded into them to increase durability when the application requires it. Body Mounts are available in red or black.
