At Energy Suspension Parts . com we have a lot of very regular International customers. We're very experienced in shipping to countries all over the world and do so on a daily basis. Our website is setup with the exact weight of every part we sell - so the system will charge you the actual shipping that it costs to get these parts to you.
Though we will ship to any country - there are a number of rules we follow in doing business Internationally. Please read through these so you'll understand how we ship and why we handle these shipments the way we do.
- Payment must be made in US dollars. We currently accept payment via PayPal and credit card directly through our website.
- Shipping is done via USPS 3-5 Day Express Mail or USPS 6-10 Day International Priority Mail ONLY. USPS Priority Mail is the cheapest shipping method that will allow a package to be tracked with an online tracking number. Customers often ask us to ship via first class, but from our experience this service is NOT reliable and provides no proof of shipment. If USPS loses your package - we can assist you in filing a claim and recovering the insured amount of the parts. Additionally this shipping service is customs friendly. Other trackable and priority shipping services often cause a package to be processed with higher taxes and more difficulty in receiving the shipment! In order to provide our customers with the highest level of service - the shipping method is not negotiable.
Because your parts must be expedited from one of our US warehouses your order will take approximately 3-4 business days to ship out. At that time you can expect a USPS tracking number and we will fill out all the necessary paperwork to get your parts to you with the least amount of hassle.
