Ford 2003 F250 Superduty 4X4
This kit has all needed except detail instruction for intended application. Only general information and doesn't show which bushing go where or how the pair up.

I was happy with the product itself, but the lack of instructions left me kinda stranded. No instructions on how to remove the old bushings, which required a press and a torch to remove. I also have to fuss that one of the inner sleeves had a much smaller inside dimension than the others, of which I had drill out to work.
(editor note - customers with an early '99 will use part number 4.5192 instead of 4.5186)

Very good product
Agreed, the instructions could be more application specific, but once the old bushings are removed (the hardest part) it is very easy to figure out the assembly. There is really only one way the bushings will fit together to reassemble. Once reinstalled the product itself is excellent, and tightened up the front end of my truck noticeably.

Immediate improvement in Handling!
Great product. I was able to eliminate the clicking and clanking of the OEM end link pivot bushings and the worn out sway bar bushings. The last pair of replacement OEM end link bushings on my truck were making noise within one year. The new energy suspension bushings showed an immediate improvement with a more crisp turning response and they eliminated the "rocking boat" feel of my F250 superduty. Just heat up your old end links and press out the old bushings, then the new parts are easily replaced. Clean and grease all metal that touches the bushings. Definately worth the money.

Easy Upgrade for the Endlinks on Excursion.
The endlink bushings worked great on my Excursion. The old bushings were loose and rattled on every bump. The new energy suspension endlink bushings were easy to install. In my case I did not need a press to take the old ones out, just a socket slightly smaller than the hole, and a few hits with the sledge and they were out clean. The new bushings went right in and now everything is tight and quiet.

F250 front stabilizer bushings
I just completed installing the new bushings I order for my 2003 F250 Super Duty last night. The bushings all worked great and the job went very well. The only problem I had was removing the old OEM bushings. I had to use a hydraulic press to remove them. They were completely worn out at 130,000 miles. With a few metric tools and a little mechanical knowledge these can be easily installed in about 2 hours.

Bushings fit well and corrected my clunking sound
Bushings fit well and corrected my clunking sound when stopping. Cost was 25% of what it would have cost to replace the end links.

Stabilizer Bushings
Everything about the parts were excellent. There could have been some instructions, however, stating that the old parts are pressed in. I originally thought I had the wrong parts because I did not know that these parts are different in form but equivalent in function to the old parts. I eventually found a step by step guide on the web that if printed and included in the parts package, would eliminate any ambiguity in installation and possible return of product mistakenly.

Excellent upgrade
I was looking for something to quiet the thunking of my front end. Ford wanted $75 for each link arm PLUS installation. Order this kit and even though I had to go to Pep Boys to get the old parts pressed out and the new ones pressed in, it took less than a day. Now the front end is quiet and tight. 2003 F350 6.0L dsl crewcab

Had a banging noise in front end of truck since new. Dealer couldn't find or didn't want to find. I had truck on lift and disconnected one of the stabilizer bar links and found that I could make the sway bar rattle/bang when load was off from the link being removed. Replaced all the bushing with Energy Suspension Parts kit and all banging is gone. It has been several thousand miles and still have no issues...great product!

Great product!
Super easy install at home. Great ride improvement. The box came missing one bushing, with an extra of another, so I called and they sent the replacement right away. Only took 2 days and we were back in business. Thank you.
