Moog fulfills their warranty through their individual dealers. That means that in order to receive warranty support, you will have to refer back to the original dealer you purchased the part from. Be sure to check the dealer's warranty support before you buy the part to make sure that they will properly support the warranty. If a dealer will only refer you back to the manufacturer in order to receive warranty support, then you may not actually have any warranty at all.
WARRANTY:
Moog Premium Steering Components carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Moog R-Series Control Arms, Hub Assemblies, and Strut Assemblies carry a 3 Year Warranty.
Moog warranties their parts to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during these timeframes as measured from the date of purchase.
If a Moog part should fail due to materials or manufacturing defect while under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the part upon return of the defective part.
Wearable RUBBER parts are not covered under warranty (Dust boots, bushings, bump stops, etc.)
K8702 has a durable, all-metal greaseable construction that is not prone to OE plastic design failures

The Problem: There is a rattling and clunking noise in the front end of your vehicle
The OE front sway bar end link in your vehicle was designed with a plastic socket that is non-greaseable. This poor design makes the end link prone to premature wear from intrusion and boot failure. Also, if you've had service done where air guns were used then chances are you've had irreversible damage done. Wrench flats are inaccessible during installation allowing the stud to spin within the plastic socket. Here at DST we know how frustrating that can be! You're simply thinking you're improving your vehicle's suspension, but in reality, you're causing permanent damage.
The Solution: Moog's Problem Solver: K8702
Moog's line of problem solver parts target factory defects or poor original design, replacing them with a better more durable part. K8702 was engineered so it will not break down like the OE plastic design. Moog engineered a durable, all-metal front sway bar end link to ease your mind. Moog Problem Solver K8702 was designed to be durable and greaseable- allowing contaminants to be flushed out and friction to be reduced. Powdered metal gusher bearing design allows lubricant to penetrate bearing surfaces, providing longer life. Moog engineered the wrench flat to have easy access allowing the use of a socket for easy installation. There's a metal stud with full ball configuration providing 360 degrees of smooth, even, rotational movement.
