Whiteline Coil Spring Lift Isolators
Lifting and Smoothing Your Ride
Regular coil spring isolators are designed to create a buffer between your coil springs and control arms. This buffer serves two purposes: To keep your suspension components from damaging each other and to help reduce road noise and vibrations. With coil spring lift isolators, the first two purposes still hold true, but a third purpose is added. Designed to be much thicker than normal isolators, lift isolators help compensate for a lifted ride without having to purchase larger springs.
Most, if not all, OE isolators are made of rubber. Rubber is decent at reducing road noise and vibration, but it doesn't hold up for long under the constantly changing pressure of the coil spring. Whiteline crafts each of their lift isolators with synthetic elastomer. This elastomer is much more durable than the OE rubber, easily capable of resisting variable pressures, physical wear, and road contamination. This added durability also increases the isolator's firmness, by extension increasing your NVH. However, ensuring the safety and dependability of your lifted ride is well worth it. Plus, Whiteline covers all of their lift isolators with a lifetime warranty handled in-house here at DST.
