The difference between stock worn out stock bushings vs. the energy black bushings are night and day. Drive-ability is beautiful now.

These seem to be a great product so far. The subframe they were installed in had solid bushings installed and required washers to be welded to the bottom of bushing sleeves and cylindrical shims to facilitate proper fitment. Overall much quieter and more compliant ride than before. These were just recently installed, and its my sons car so I dont get daily input myself. I hope they last many years as its a formidable job to remove subframe. My initial reaction is quite positive.

Installing the bushings made a huge difference. No more clunks, more secure handling. They turned out to be reasonably easy to install.

They are still working great, very happy with product. Its very refreshing that someone cares enough to followup a year later with a customer satisfaction survey. This is definitely a first.

My buddy and I installed these in the time span of 10 hours. We had a general idea of what we were doing, and ended up installing them. They seemed as if they were high quality material.
5 out of 5 - Just as I expected

My daughter owns a 2001 Nissan Silvia (S15) with a "clunk" sound from the rear since the day she bought it. We tried replacing the rear shocks without any relief, so after reading through some forums decided to attempt the sub-frame bushing swap.\n\nWe downloaded the sub-frame fairly quick, but then it took us hours and hours to remove the old bushings. You actually have to separate the old bushing by removing the inner steel sleeve then cleaning out the rubber to leave the steel outer casing or cup in the frame. As the facility I used to do the work wouldnt allow me to burn the rubber out, we were forced to saw, drill, chisel, and wire brush the cups clean.\n\nThese new bushings (7.1117) slid right in the cups mostly by hand then just a few taps with a rubber mallet. And the sub-frame mounted right up to the car with ease.\n\nIve only had the bushings in the car a few hours, so not 100% certian weve removed the "clunk" but if not, I know it cant be the sub-frame bushings.\n\nOverall these are "heavy duty" bushings, and easily worth the price. Thanks!
5 out of 5 - Excellent Quality and Perfect Fit

Once old rubber bushings and inner steel sleeves are removed installation is a breeze. The most difficult part is removing inner steel cup, I used an air chisel and they came out pretty easily.
5 out of 5 - Good Quality

This also works for s13! I have a 89 coupe and it fit perfectly snug within the subframe. I am impressed with the simplicity of the design, the straight forward installation, and similar driving comfortability  as my old stock bushings before they went out. They have been installed for nearly 3 weeks and so far no signs of noise! I am impressed and I definitely can say it was worth the price!
5 out of 5 - Awesome! A+++

The parts fit without any problems. The sub-frame sits really nicely now and there is no noise coming from the rear anymore.
5 out of 5 - good

Got them installed on my 96 Nissan 240sx, and the difference from the worn OEM bushings compared to these polyurethane bushings is great. Much more solid, better feedback, and best of all, no more of that clunking from the rear. Thumbs up
5 out of 5 - Great.

I installed a full energy suspension upgrade on my car, thinking that it would improve the handling of my 98 240sx, with 200k miles, and it did, but unfortunately, at the expense of comfort, the car is now very rigid!
3 out of 5 - too harsh of a ride for me
brian smith - . Energy Suspension 7.1117
These sub-frame bushings are the bomb. So glad I bought these. Some what of a pain to install but any person with a good amount of mechanic knowledge can perform putting these on with a buddy's help and a few tools.
5 out of 5 - Legit!

I was really impressed with the speed of delivery, and even more so with the product. Comparing it to my other poly bushes there was no bubble marks etc and when I finally got the old bushes out they fitted like a glove. They are much easier to fit than the type you have to cut the cups out. I mean all you do is burn the old bush out, clean the cup and slot the large bush in the top and small bush in the bottom. The ride is firm but not as noisy as I was expecting! So thanks guys for a great international service!
5 out of 5 - Quality item and great fit on my S15
Sam Kimmings - . Energy Suspension 7.1117
These mounts are exactly what you'd expect from Energy (a great product). Only down side I'd say are the directions, they could use a little more detail.
5 out of 5 - Great item!

This is a very good product and very easy to install. The rear end feels stiffer and less bouncy. The instructions are really straight forward. Definitely getting more suspension parts from energy suspension in the future

Excellent parts, fitted with ease. If you have an S15 make sure you just burn the bushes out, you don't need to cut any sleeves or casings out, just clean up the hole and these will pop straight in. They look like they will feel great but I haven't had a chance to drive the car yet as its still of the road.
5 out of 5 - Top Class
James Whitehouse - . Energy Suspension 7.1117
Easy to fit, only complaint would be that there was no grease supplied with the kit. Thankfully had some left over from some other bushes I had bought. Previous experience has shown me that even in non rotating bushes without grease you get squeaks.
5 out of 5 - Great

I just got done installing these bushings this weekend. I found out when removing my rear sub-frame that my front 2 bushing were completely torn and doing little to hold the sub-frame to the body. The instructions can be a little hard to see what you're getting into, but if you use heat like they recommend, the old bushings come out very easily. Installation was really easy. My impression is good. There was an increase in noise (I replaced the differential bushings at the same time, so IDK how much is due to that) but not terrible, and certainly nothing like solid aluminum bushings. The change in the behavior of the rear of the car is great. Almost feels like a different car. Much more communicative and stable.
4 out of 5 - A lot of work to install, but well worth the trouble.
Ryan Boatwright - . Energy Suspension 7.1117
Putting this in my 95 Nissan 240SX was easy. I highly recommend these over solid aluminum where you would have to remove the bushing sleeves and potentially damage the subframe. Just be sure to use a motorcycle/ATV jack and two 2x4s for support instead of two regular jacks to lower the subframe. DO NOT FORGET TO REPLACE THE FOUR MOUNTING NUTS. They are locking nuts that have to be replaced after every removal. Just follow the package instructions.
5 out of 5 - Excellent!
