Energy Suspension Track Bar Bushings
Find Your Track Bar Bushings Now...
Energy Suspension's Track Bar Bushings more solidly connect the track bar to the frame and the axle than OE rubber, keeping the axle centered and preventing driftage and death wobble. Find the track arm bushings for your vehicle below.
The Track Bar (track arm, panhard bar) helps keep the front or rear axle aligned with the center line of your vehicle, but if the bushings holding it in place are worn then the bar, and your axle could shift left or right. This is a notorious problem with Jeep Wranglers especially but can affect any live axle vehicle, causing driftage when driving straight and steering problems with a front axle. Worn track bar bushings can also be the culprit when your front axle is allowed to rapidly shift back and forth causing violent shaking in the front and steering wheel, other wise known as "death wobble".
The original rubber bushings that keep the bar in place are good vibration absorbers but all the flexing they endure will begin to wear them down, and this will happen even faster if you have a rough commute or take your vehicle over broken country on the weekends. Energy Suspension has a solution to fragile rubber bushings with their Hyperflex polyurethane track bar bushings. Polyurethane is much more durable than rubber and will stand up to the twisting, flexing, and bending that your suspension requires. These bushings also are not affected by road salt, grime, and engine chemicals which can destroy rubber and while Energy Suspension offers a two year warranty DST will extend a lifetime warranty on Energy Suspension's track bar bushings.
