Energy Suspension provides grease to install these parts, but you can never have too much. Grab an extra 3-pack of grease so you can more liberally apply grease when installing.

Energy Suspension Sway Bar Bushings
Energy Suspension Hyperflex Sway Bar bushings are made of polyurethane, which is a much more durable material for suspension bushings than rubber. Polyurethane does not break down due to road grime, weather or oils the way the rubber can. Have the peace of mind knowing you have a long lasting part on your sway bar with Energy Suspension's sway bar bushings. Energy Suspension's polyurethane sway bar bushings provide a secure grip on the sway bar and do not warp over time. With this snug grip, your vehicle will see a performance boost similar to installing a larger sway bar.
A sway bar's function is to maintain the maximum amount of road contact during tires. The sway bar is held to the frame of the vehicle with a sway bar bushing. Original Equipment rubber can warp and/or crack, losing its grip on the bar. This causes your sway bar to lose its effectiveness. Just look at the old rubber sway bar bushing to the left. Imagine how good of a grip that thing could keep on a sway bar. Go with Polyurethane.
Be sure to use Formula 5
The sway bar bushing sees a lot of action, so make sure you grease it well with Energy Suspension's own Formula 5 Bushing Lubricant. Using plenty of grease is the best way to ensure a long lasting part without any squeaking. If you'd like some extra grease just in case, pick up an extra 3 pack or an 8 ounce tube.

starstarstarstarstar" Great product but not an exact fit. "
The spacer cylinder is too long to fit into the bracket as it should on the front end of my 1995 ford bronco I had to cut out the old ones and sand them down to be reused.verified_user Verified Buyer - William A Evans - . Energy Suspension 4.5106 - 5 out of 5
starstarstarstarstar" Great Product "
A most pleasant experience. Excellent customer service as I was constantly updated on the progress of my order. The parts arrived in a timely manner. They fit the truck (05 Excursion 4x4 with factory sway bar) better than OEM pieces. Installation was very quick, easy and hassle free. Price...quality and fit......hands down winner is Energy Suspension. Great product highly recommend these parts to any and everyone for whatever vehicle you may own. starstarstarstarstar" Wow. What can I say? "
Replaced these as an overall suspension overhaul. It was a breeze compared to what I thought it would be. Knocked out the old bushings, destroyed one sized bolt (not easy in its location) and put these in their places. Slipped together really easily and now my 87 Bronco II rides flat on the turns! I didn't think it was possible, but apparently that's how they're supposed to ride. Much more substantial than the original bushings. Make sure to purchase a big box of nitrile gloves with this though. The grease that these come with is VERY sticky and seems to be silicone based because it doesn't come off with ANYTHING! Simple green, Fast orange, Gojo, some heavy duty de-greaser that takes the upper layer of skin off, regular soap and dish soap DO NOT take this stuff off. It is there for a few hours before somehow melting away, and again, its very sticky.verified_user Verified Buyer - Matthew Draper - . Energy Suspension 4.5106 - 5 out of 5
